If you subscribe we store your email address and, if you give it, your first name. If you pitch a story we keep your name, email, pitch and any links you send. We collect anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics to understand which stories are read.

We use your email only to send the letter you asked for, and pitch details only to reply to your pitch. We never sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers.

How long we keep it
Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Pitches are deleted twelve months after we reply, unless we commission the story.
